Captain Richie McCaw will make his 22nd appearance in the World Cup, matching the record made by England prop Justin Leonard who played in four World Cups.
The side contains seven players who started the 2011 World Cup final against France. Dan Carter will play in his first World Cup final after missing out four years ago due to injury.
The bench remains the same as it did for the semi final. Kevin Mealamu and Sonny Bill Williams are among the players expected to make an impact off the bench.
