Luke Fitzgerald has been named on the bench for Leinster’s clash with Wasps on Sunday.

Rob Kearney remains out on an injury, meaning Ian Madigan is at full back with Zane Kirchner and Darragh Fanning on the wings, and D'Arcy and Reid in the centre.

Jimmy Gopperth is at out-half while Eoin Reddan is scrum-half.

Sean Cronin keeps Richardt Strauss out of the side, while Mike McCarthy gets a nod in the second row ahead of Kane Douglas.

There're no real surprises in the Munster team to face Sale tomorrow at the AJ Bell stadium; as expected, Paul O'Connell returns to the second row while Peter O'Mahony is takes the number six.

Munster got some bad news, however, as a specialist confirmed that forward Damien Varley requires further treatment on his left foot, and is scheduled to undergo surgery next week. The hooker, who returned against Leinster two weeks ago, reported discomfort after the game and has now been ruled out for the immediate future.

Ulster Coach Neil Doak, has made three changes to the side that beat Glasgow last weekend for tomorrow’s clash with Leicester at Welford Road.

Andrew Trimble is unavailable for selection, after picking up a toe injury, so Craig Gilroy comes into the side on the left wing. The switch means Tommy Bowe moves to the right flank.

With Alan O’Connor suspended, Lewis Stevenson has been promoted from the bench to join Franco van der Merwe in the second row.

The final change to the starting line-up sees Paddy Jackson return to the outhalf berth in place of Ian Humphreys.

Connacht have also made changes for their Challenge Cup opener at home to La Rochelle tomorrow; hooker Jason Harris-Wright makes his season debut. The all-new front row includes veteran props Ronan Loughney and Nathan White, while Aly Muldowney is named in the second row.

Willie Faloon will line out at openside flanker, allowing Eoin McKeon to revert to Number 8 and complete the back row with captain John Muldoon.

With an average age of just under 23, the back line sees just one change as Danie Poolman comes on to the right wing.
