The Pro12 has it's first full interprovincial weekend of the season as Ulster travelled to the RDS to face Leinster on Friday night. The following night Munster welcomed Connacht to Thomond Park.
Connacht remain top of the table after Round 8. They defeated Munster in Thomand Park 18-12. Bundee Aki scored the crucial try for Pat Lam's side in the final three minutes to earn the deserved win. Connacht had not won in Limerick since 1986.
On Friday night, a Sean Cronin try was all that separated the sides in the RDS, as Leinster beat Ulster 8-3.
All four Irish provinces are in the top five of the Pro12, with Ulster currently outside the play off positions.
Leinster 8-3 Ulster
