It was the end of an era on Saturday, as Paul O'Connell admitted that he has likely made his final appearance for Munster at Thomond Park.
After the 21-18 victory over Ospreys, which gave the province a place in the Pro 12 final against Glasgow Warriors, O'Connell led a rousing rendition of Munster's anthem Stand Up And Fight after the game:
