Can Ibrahimovic save PSG's Champions League season?

FC Barcelona (3) v Paris St Germain (1), Camp Nou, 7.45pm

PSG manager Laurent Blanc has said that it will be very difficult for his team to make a comeback against Barcelona.

The Catalan side had one of their best performances of the season last week in Paris with Luis Suarez in tremendous form during the 3-1.

The French champions see Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marco Verratti return to the side which may give the Parisians the impetus to attack in the early stages in the Camp Nou.

The Swede is in excellent form have scored 13 goals in his last 7 games and he will need to perform at that level tonight if Blanc's side are to have a chance.

PSG are in the Champions League quarter finals for the third year in a row, but need to win tonight to reach the level their Qatari owners aspire to.

Dani Alves returns to the Barca squad after serving a one match ban and the Brazilian will be expected to slot straight back into the defence.

Blanc and Luis Enrique played together for a season in the middle of the 1990's in Barcelona.

Unless something unexpectadly memorable happens tonight, it will be Enrique's side heading for the semi finals.

Bayern Munich (1) v FC Porto (3), Allianz Stadium, 7.45pm

Last week's shock loss in Portugal was the worst performance of the Pep Guardiola reign in Bavaria.

Bayern were lucky to only concede three goals, and can thank the excellence of Manuel Neuer for keeping the tie within reach.

The German champions have had a rocky week off the pitch with club doctor Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt and his medical staff resigning following an argument with Guardiola after the Porto loss.

Bastian Schweinsteiger is expected to return for Bayern tonight, but Franck Ribery will miss out again as he continues to recover from an ankle injury.

In the Round of 16, Bayern defeated Shakhtar Donetsk in Munich after a scoreless draw in Ukraine in the first leg. They wont have it that easy tonight, but will be confident of overcoming the two goal deficit.

Jackson Martinez, who scored for Porto in the first leg is expected to lead their line of attack tonight.

This may be the Colombian's last season at the club, with Manchester United rumoured in the striker's signature come the summer.

Pep Guardiola will be confident in his side's ability to beat Porto by three goals tonight.
