Eden Hazard hints at Chelsea exit after Europa League final

Eden Hazard looks set to join Real Madrid from Chelsea this summer after admitting that he's informed the Blues about his intentions.

Madrid are long-time admirers of the Belgian attacker and L'Equipe claim that the Spanish giants have lodged a 100-million Euro offer in a bid to sign him after the Europa League Final.

Real boss Zinedine Zidane is expected to sell Gareth Bale as the 13-time European champions look to rebuild their squad following a disappointing third-place finish in La Liga.

Hazard appeared to say goodbye to Chelsea supporters after yesterday's match against Leicester and after the game, he was asked if he's already informed the club about his next move.

"Yes. A couple of weeks ago. Yes, I have made my decision but it is not just about me.

"I have made my decision, that's it."

Chelsea's Eden Hazard acknowledges fans after the final whistle during the Premier League match at the King Power Stadium, Leicester.

The 2015 PFA Player of the Year says Chelsea's transfer ban may have delayed the move being made official and his focus is now on the Europa League final against Arsenal on May 29th in Baku.

"Yes, I wanted that, but that's not happened. I'm still waiting like you are waiting and like the fans are waiting.

"We have a final to play and then I will see.

"When you are on the pitch, you try to be focused on the pitch with the ball. That's it. When I am on the pitch, I just try to do the best.

"I am not thinking about this and this, my situation or the club's situation. I just try to win games."

With Hazard bound for Spain, it appears Gareth Bale could make the move back to the Premier League.

The Welsh winger was left out of Madrid's loss at Real Sociedad and coach Zinedine Zidane confirmed that Bale wasn't omitted due to injury.

“It’s very clear what I’ve done this weekend. Now we have another game and then we will see next year. It is done.”
