FAI announce Swiss friendly for Ireland

The FAI has confirmed a friendly international against Switzerland for next March.

Martin O'Neill's side will play host to the world's 12th-ranked side at the Aviva Stadium on March 25th in what will be their first game of 2016.

The Swiss have already qualified for next summer's European Championships after finishing as runners-up in Group E behind England.

Ireland's upcoming games are the Euro 2016 playoff ties against Bosnia, with a place in the final tournament at stake.
