John Giles has spoken about how surprised he was by Jose Mourinho's reaction to the "Boring, Boring Chelsea" chants.
The former Irish international joined Nathan on Off the Ball this evening and he expects Chelsea to strengthen even further next season after their impending Premier League title.
Speaking to Off The Ball, John gave praise to the Portuguese manager calling him "a brilliant coach and very, very successful" but warned that he should "let the team do the talking for him".
One of Chelsea's stars this season has been John Terry who has been ever present in league for Chelsea.
Giles feels that the 34 year old has been successful as he has been "a one club player" and that Terry may have been under more pressure if the former England international had moved clubs.
"Great players make great teams" and John compares Terry to Graeme Souness, Kenny Dalglish and Roy Keane as a player who has helped drive the team forward.
John concluded by saying Terry was "up there" with the best English centre halves he has seen.
