Republic of Ireland and Los Angeles Galaxy striker Robbie Keane is ranked ninth on Major League Soccer's highest earners with a salary of $4.5M (€4.15M).
Former Brazil playmaker Kaka heads the list for 2015, taking home just over $7M at Orlando City ahead of ex-Italy and Juventus midfielder Sebastian Giovinco, who joined Toronto FC in January.
Keane's new Galaxy team-mate Steven Gerrard is also joined in the Top 5 by the ex-Liverpool captain's former England colleague Frank Lampard, while ex-Spain and Italy World Cup winners David Villa and Andrea Pirlo also feature.
Meanwhile, Ireland forward Kevin Doyle, who joined Colorado Rapids in May is just about in the Top 20, with a salary of $1.17M.
