The Premier League has secured the largest TV rights deal in football history and it is good news for Sky Sports subscribers.
Broadcasting rivals Sky and BT Sport have combined to pay a total of £5.136 billion for the UK broadcast rights from 2016 to 2019.
It represents an increase of over £3 billion, or 70 per cent, on the previous deal.

Sky have claimed the most lucrative packages on offer by retaining their flagship matches on Sunday evenings and Monday nights as well has securing the rights for the first Friday night games.
BT have bought the Saturday evening matches and the midweek match package.
The deal, which is for UK rights alone, represents an astonishing £10M per for every game broadcast live.
