Liverpool's Raheem Sterling insists he is not "a money-grabbing 20-year old".
The England international is refusing to discuss a new contract until the end of the season.
His Anfield manager Brendan Rodgers says that Sterling has been given an "incredible offer" by the club, believed to be £100 a week.
The winger still has more than two years to run on his current £35K a week deal.

But in a BBC interview he said: "I don’t want to be perceived as a money-grabbing 20-year-old. I just want to be seen as a kid that loves to play football."
Sterling has made over 40 appearances this season, scoring 10 goals across all competitions.
