Today's Premier League ties threw up some interesting results. Liverpool scuppered a chance to progress their title bid, while Hugo Lloris had a howler in the sticks against Man City.

After equalling Bobby Charlton's goal-scoring record for Manchester United earlier this month, the 31-year-old had another historic day in a United shirt today.
With his side trailing Stoke by a goal, Rooney was sprung from the bench and scored the crucial equaliser in injury time. It's only his fifth club goal this season across all competitions but his 250th for the club, making him their all-time leading goal-scorer with 250 goals.
Rooney said he was honoured to hold the goal-scoring record for the club and Bobby Charlton came into the United dressing room after the game to congratulate him on the achievement.
A horrible day for Hugo Lloris
Spurs managed to carve out a 2-2 draw with Manchester City today but it was a performance that was marred by some horrific blunders by goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
The France international was at fault for both goals which gave their hosts a 2-0 advantage. The first was a moment of hesitation which saw Lloris mishit his clearance and allowed Leroy Sane to stroke the ball into an empty net.
His second uncharacteristic error occurred a few minutes later when he fumbled a cross from Raheem Sterling into the path of Kevin De Bruyne, who showed no mercy and secured a second goal for City.
Goals from Son Heung-Min and Dele Alli however, accounted for his disappointing display.
Liverpool's heartache
Jurgen Klopp's side suffered an unexpected defeat to Swansea City today, which leaves them further adrift of challenging league leaders Chelsea for the title.
They were 2-0 down before starting their challenge. Two goals from Roberto Firmino levelled the tie before Gylfi Sigurdsson provided the winner in the 74th minute.
Liverpool also shipped some abuse after the game. Jurgen Klopp criticised Manchester United for avail of long ball tactics during their 1-1 draw last weekend. And when Liverpool were seen employing the same measure today, United fans highlighted the hypocrisy on social media, just to compound Liverpool's misery.
City penalty appeal
Man City were denied a penalty in the latter stages of their 2-2 draw with Spurs, when Raheem Sterling was pushed by Kyle Walker while bearing down on goal.
The foul resulted in Sterling steering his shot wide and referee Andre Marriner spotted nothing wrong with the tackle.
Either a goal from Sterling in open play, or a score from the penalty spot, could have ensured all three points for City. Instead, the play resulted in Son Heung-Min scoring the equaliser.
Pep Guardiola refused to be drawn on the incident after the game. When asked for a comment by BBC Sport, he told the reporter to focus on questions pertaining to the performance of his players, rather than refereeing decisions.
