As Manchester United secured a second successive win this afternoon, interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was left pondering some of the less desirable aspects of how his side had performed.
Although Paul Pogba delivered a performance the like of which will unquestionably please United fans, the Norwegian was left reflecting on the actions of his goalkeeper, and the decisive nature one save from David De Gea had on the game as a whole.
With United leading 1-0 through a Nemanja Matic opener, Solskjaer admitted in his post-match discussion with MUTV that the second-half had not began with the required intensity.
"The first seven or eight minutes I think we struggled," Solskjaer said of United's start to the second-half.
"Then, David's save, that was the key moment for us."
Having lost some of the lustre that usually surrounds his performances for Manchester United over the course of this season, De Gea's ability to keep Huddersfield out with a wonderfully athletic, acrobatic save preceded what would be his side's crucial second goal.
"Every team, whatever game you're playing, whether you're home or away will get a chance," Solskjaer explained.
"That save, it must be one of the best I've seen, probably the best."
From that point onward, it was Pogba who took control of affairs and scored two goals that all but ended any hope Huddersfield had of leaving Old Trafford with a share of the points.
Enjoying a bright start to life back at United, Solskjaer's side will now look toward a game at home to Bournemouth on Sunday.
