Sunday Premier League round-up: Manchester United salvage draw with West Ham

There have been three draws in today's Premier League action.

Manchester United managed to salvage a point when all seemed lost away to West Ham.

United had been trailing after Cheikhou Kouyaté turned and fired the Hammers in front four minutes into the second half.

However Daley Blind scored an equaliser for the visitors in extra time. The draw was not enough for United to overtake third placed Southampton, but a gap of only a point remains between the two teams.

The Hammers earlier announced that they have cancelled the contract of midfielder Ravel Morrison by mutual consent.

Elsewhere a last minute headed goal from Peter Crouch salvaged a point for Stoke away to Newcastle.

It finished 1-1, with Jack Colback the man who had given the Magpies the lead.

West Brom came from 2-0 down to rescue a 2-2 draw away to Burnley in the Premier League's lunchtime kick-off.

Ashley Barnes and Danny Ings' headers were cancelled out by Chris Brunt and Brown Ideye.
