Swiss authorities have granted an American request to extradite former Costa Rican soccer federation president Eduardo Li.
He was ousted from FIFA's executive committee in May after being arrested during a dawn raid on a Zurich hotel.
It comes as former FIFA vice president Jack Warner's been banned from football activities for life, for misconduct.
Warner stepped down in 2011 after being implicated in an earlier bribery scandal.
FIFA president Sepp Blatter has also had criminal proceedings launched against him, although the Swiss denies wrong-doing.
