UEFA have revealed that Ireland's Euro 2016 opener against Sweden is among the top three most sought-after games for tickets at this summer's tournament.
On today's deadline for ticket applications, Europe's world governing body have stated that they have received 3.5 million ticket requests from 189 territories.
And Ireland's match against Sweden at Paris' Stade de France on June 13th has garnered particular interest, alongside the Germany v Poland and Portugal v Austria games on June 16th and 18th respectively, which both also take place in France's capital city.
Irish fans are also among the Top 5 when it comes to ticket requests made generally, alongside those from Poland, France, Austria and Switzerland.
