As a mark of respect to the victims and people affected by the tragedy in Paris on Friday night, tonight's Euro 2016 playoff second leg between Ireland and Bosnia was due to start with a minute's silence before kick-off.
However, it was marred by shouts from what is believed to be a small contingent in the Bosnia away end at the Aviva Stadium, followed by boos aimed in the direction of that section of fans in response:
Understandably, the interruption of the minute's silence sparked an angry reaction online:
