West Ham wave goodbye to Upton Park with a comeback win over Man United

West Ham have marked their final match at the Boleyn Ground with a comeback win over Manchester United.

The Hammers, who move from Upton Park into the Olympic Stadium next season, came from 2-1 down to win 3-2 with Winston Reid heading the winner.

The result is a blow to Man United's Champions League hopes as failure to win keeps them two points behind fourth-placed Manchester City in the table.

The game which was delayed after a set of fans attacked the away team's bus as it made its way to the stadium saw West Ham get off the mark first when Diafra Sakho's shot from 12 yards beat David De Gea and nestled into the bottom corner.

But Anthony Martial levelled with his first goal of the game as Juan Mata squared for him to stroke into an empty net.

And the French international scored an outstanding second as he rushed past Winston Reid down the left flank and then beat Darren Randolph at his near post with 18 minutes to go.

But West Ham fought back, first with a Michail Antonio header and then with another header from Reid with 10 minutes to go to secure the result.
