Burnley and Ireland left-back Stephen Ward says he and his team-mates have "nothing to lose" in the run-in.
The Clarets are bottom of the table and favourites to go down with four games to go after their weekend defeat to Leicester.
But tonight on Off The Ball, Ward echoed his manager Sean Dyche in keeping positive about their chances of staying up.
"Every game is tough at this stage. But as the manager said in the week, we've got nothing to lose. People are going to write us off which they have done all season so it's nothing new to us there. We've just got to regroup and go as hard as we usually do," he said.
Ward also spoke about his battle back to full fitness post-injury with an eye on the Euro 2016 qualifier against Scotland in June.
"It's only in the last two weeks that I've really felt I'm getting my sharpness back. Obviously I've not played as much as I want. In saying that, you need to bide your time and make sure you're fully right before you go into competitive games," he said.
