Andy Lee shares his Anthony Joshua vs Joseph Parker prediction

The latest challenge for Anthony Joshua in his journey in the elite echelons of the heavyweight division sees him take on Joseph Parker in a bout on Saturday night.

Joshua will go in as favourite in this second defence of his heavyweight titles but is there any chance of an upset against New Zealander Parker?

Andy Lee joined us on the show to analyse and he can see the fight only going one way.

"For me, I can only see the fight going one way and that's a Joshua, maybe mid-to-late stoppage," said the former WBO Middleweight world champion.

But he also explained what Parker can do to give himself a chance of upsetting the applecart.

"He can do one of two things: either stay completely out of range from Joshua, use footwork and move out to frustrate Joshua to make it a boring fight for five or six rounds, try to raid with quick footwork and fast attacks.

"Don't try to throw any hard punches and don't try to knock him out. Just raid and try to steal the rounds, frustrate Joshua and maybe in the last four to three rounds, try to get a knockout.

"Or else, he can be aggressive, stay small, stay tough a la Tyson, get underneath Joshua's punching and make Joshua feel insecure by punching down at him and make him feel exposed."

Andy also had his say on the Irish fighters in action this weekend including Jason Quigley and Ryan Burnett who will look to continue their winning records.
